From here, we would work closely with you on finalising a shortlist, ideally ready to interview the following week. Where possible, we would recommend interviewing the most suitable 4–5 candidates to ensure you have undertaken a full review of market capability.
Our target time frame of being at the ‘preferred candidate’ stage would be 3–4 weeks from the presentation of an informal longlist, which will be based on having a clearly mapped out process between Profile and COMPANY NAME.
References, MOJ and Credit Check will be completed on the. preferred candidate, and we can also provide Psychometric Testing (personality and cognitive) on request, recommending the best options to meet your needs.
Notice period tends to be 1 month from resignation, but it should be factored in that it can be 2 or 3 months.
