OUR PROCESS & EXPECTED TIMEFRAMES
Stage 1 – Brief & Discovery
Extensive brief taken and discussed, ideally face to face.
Stage 2 – Search Presentation
Informal presentation of our ‘localised’ search results within 7–10 working days following the brief.
Stage 3 – Shortlist & Interviews
Working closely with you to finalise a shortlist, ready to interview between week 3 and 4, recommending interviews with the 4–5 most suitable candidates.
Stage 4 – Advertising Campaign
A branded advertising campaign managed end-to-end on your behalf, supplementing the local search approach.
Stage 5 – Checks & Testing
References, MOJ and Credit Check on the preferred candidate, with Psychometric Testing available on request.
Stage 7 – Notice Period
Typically 2–3 months from resignation.
PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
Search Executive is a contingent search service, based on exclusivity and a retained fee, whereby a placement fee is not charged until the successful candidate formally starts work.
