Some roles include psychometric or aptitude testing as part of the process — things like verbal or numerical reasoning, or a behavioural profile. These are one part of the picture, used alongside interviews and references, never the whole story.
Yes. Recruitment should be a two-way process, and we’ll talk you through what the results mean and how they fit into the bigger picture.
An interview structured around real examples from your own experience, rather than hypothetical questions. Expect prompts like “tell me about a time when…” — the STAR approach (Situation, Task, Action, Result) is a good way to structure your answers.
